Arif Muslukcu, General Manager of our company, which has been operating successfully in trade since 1970, later turned to the construction sector and has made significant investments in this field as well.
Since its foundation, Konizma has made it a principle to develop innovative solutions without compromising on quality and trust, continuously improving itself through strong R&D work and professional teams. By integrating science and technology into its production processes, our company has brought a fresh perspective to the sector and developed new-generation building materials.
Closely following changing market dynamics and customer needs, Konizma has adopted as its core objectives offering consumers high quality at affordable prices and providing the best service in the sector.
One of the strongest reflections of this vision, Mantosür, was developed as the result of 10 years of R&D work carried out jointly with universities in Türkiye and abroad. Today, it is successfully applied in all 81 provinces of Türkiye and in many countries across Europe, Africa and Asia.
Mantosür is the only product that is approved by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, covered by the TSE 825 standard and holds a TSE National Technical Approval Certificate. It enables occupancy permits to be obtained for new buildings and an Energy Performance Certificate (EKB) to be obtained for existing buildings. It is also a completely reliable product with no shortcomings in terms of official documentation.
Konizma operates in the Konya Organised Industrial Zone, with 10,000 m² of covered space and a workforce of 100. With a weekly production capacity of 50,000 bags, our facility manufactures using 100% domestic and natural resources.
Continuously expanding its investments, our company keeps increasing its capacity with new factory sites and, backed by its strong equity, approaches the future with the same sense of responsibility as it does today, with the aim of protecting healthy living spaces for future generations.
