How many years of warranty do you offer on exterior paint for TOKİ projects?
As the Pandora Paint family, we provide a 5-year warranty against colour fading on our exterior paint products for TOKİ, EPP and EMLAK KONUT projects, provided that correct application conditions are met.

When will my product reach me?
As the Pandora Paint family, for truckload orders we deliver to site within 3 to 6 days of the order date, excluding public holidays.
Can the necessary permits and certificates be obtained from municipalities with Mantosür?
Mantosür is the only product that is approved by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, covered by the TSE 825 standard and holds a TSE National Technical Approval Certificate. It helps new buildings obtain occupancy permits and enables existing buildings to obtain the insulation section of their Energy Performance Certificate (EKB). Mantosür is a reliable, certified product with no shortcomings in terms of official documentation.
In what weather conditions can Mantosür Natural Thermal Insulation Plaster be applied?
It is applied at temperatures between 0° and 50°. The point to bear in mind is that there should be no rain during or after application.
How many centimetres thick should Mantosür Natural Thermal Insulation Plaster be applied?
Although thickness values vary by region, on existing occupied buildings it should be applied at a minimum thickness of 2 cm.
Can Mantosür Natural Thermal Insulation Plaster be applied inside buildings?
As we hold a health report from the Turkish Atomic Energy Authority, there is no problem with applying it indoors. You can view the relevant certificate in the Quality Certificates section of our website. If it is to be applied over a satin-finish surface, the surface should be scored first. It also provides good sound insulation inside the home.
Can Mantosür Natural Thermal Insulation Plaster be applied on roofs and terraces?
Mantosür Natural Thermal Insulation Screed is used on covered and open roofs. If the roof is covered, no additional application is needed; if the roof is open, it must be covered with our waterproofing material İzosür Ultra. It is then finished with building materials such as ceramic tiles.
Can Mantosür Natural Thermal Insulation Plaster be applied indoors under parquet and ceramic tiles?
Mantosür Natural Thermal Insulation Plaster has a compressive strength of 150 kg per 1 m². It can therefore be applied with confidence under parquet and ceramic tiles for thermal and sound insulation.
