PANDORA Universal Primer is an acrylic-based, silicone-modified, white interior and exterior primer. It is used on all types of exposed concrete, aerated concrete, MDF, cement-bonded particleboard, OSB, concrete block, brick, fibre cement, conventional plaster and similar mineral-based surfaces. By increasing adhesion between the paint and the surface, it ensures the bonding and durability of the topcoat.
