Pandora Exposed Concrete Primer is an acrylic-based primer developed to provide superior adhesion on exposed concrete and previously painted surfaces, indoors and outdoors. By preparing the surface before insulation and coating, it increases the durability of the application. A single coat offers strong bond strength and protects the surface from dust and moisture.
